Beezmap encourages social creativity

Doubtlessly by now you’ve been hearing about the next big thing since Facebook in social communication, East Coast dot com startup Beezmap. So what is Beezmap all about? It says it is a multimedia social content platform. But what does that mean? To me it means being able to easily create content to share with my friends. Beezmap gives me the tools that enable me to make not only funny and whimsical creative pieces as well but also able to voice opinions on more serious social awareness issues like: go green, saving oceans and much more.

That is what the next wave of social networking or social media is all about. Allowing the user to easily create visual content and easily share this among the public and different social groups and also get immediate feedback. Five years ago it was a major effort to take photos, place them online and share. Now that is the norm and from that norm it has opened up the doors to an amazing diversity of creative content, not only from “artists” but from the general public. Face book, My Space are game changers in improving the way people could share content information globally and instantly.

Beezmap is the next step in the evolution, by allowing the masses to easily edit and create visual content with different multimedia mediums and integrate them together into something unique and exciting, whether you want to do it just for fun or take it to another level and push a cause.
