Trending Newswire: CVault Stability Study Summary Report April 29, 2013. Published by The Werc Shop, Inc. TheWercShop.com

Introduction: The CVault® is a rugged container design that retains Boveda humidity control packs which seek to maintain the internal container relative humidity around 62%. FreshStor® submitted a request to The Werc Shop to study the stability and performance of the CVault® container system for the storage of medical cannabis. The Werc Shop designed a suitable testing protocol to inspect the CVault® performance. The test results are summarized below.

The graph to the left shows the amazing stability exhibited by the CValut® over more than 160 days. Freshly dried flowers remained fresh upon storage in the CVault® container when including the 62% Boveda pack.

.

The graph to the right shows the data captured from a digital data-logger that captured the relative humidity readings throughout the experiment.

The grey line shows the ambient conditions in the room throughout the experiment, demonstrating a considerable amount of variability. The CVault® was consistently stable throughout the experiment, only varying while being opened.

The graph to the left depicts how no THC was lost on the plant material kept inside of the CVault®.

Differences in plant material sampling and variability can explain the slight fluctuations, and linear trend lines are used to describe the data to make it easier to interpret. There is no significant loss of THC in the CVault® over 160 days of storage. Conclusion: Medical cannabis stored in the CVault® remains exceptionally stable over long periods of time  as exhibited by this independently performed study that lasted 168 days. Minimal weight loss  due to evaporation of water was observed and no THC loss was shown to occur. For more info visit http://thecvault.com/
