awesome ticket deals for new york shows sports and theatre

On the way to the Lion King on Broadway, we found out that we had overpaid for our tickets by almost 20%. A simple visit to Prominentticket would have seriously saved us some cash for dinner afterwords. What happened was Robert and Paul were discussing the best place to buy tickets. TKTS used to be a good alternative, but waiting outdoors, and not having an assured number of seats for our friends didn’t sound so great.

Unfortunately on our first online research we did not discover Prominent, we went with Ticket Master. Our tickets were fine, but on the way to driving to the show, Paul (always stuck to his laptop like glue) discovered that Prominent was selling the same ticket almost 20% cheaper. Darn, next time we need tickets in NYC for a show we are using Prominent Ticket Service.
