Shining silver, gemstones, and sparkle oh my!

Rare jewelery from Hawaii, is the theme of handmade jewelry designer/artisan Kahili Creations adorable little shop on etsy! All of the handmade jewelry pieces are created at the infamous Kahili studio in Hawaii. these delicate jewel pieces are made with love, and some precious and semi-precious stones, Thai Karen and sterling silver, vermeil and gold-filled findings add that magical glow. Magic sparkle is actually the inspiration behind the glamorous twinkle in Kahili’s work.

Prominently educated at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, Kahili boasts twinkly gemstone beads, silver and gold, and loud riots of colors and sounds that stimulate the creative juices. From their site: “The flowers are more vibrant, the trees greener, the sky more blue, the water warmer, the air more fragrant. We have hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes galore and Kilauea has been churning lava my way. I am really one with the elements. With an annual rainfall totaling over 120 inches a year, I also need something to do during the downpours.”
